  4. Practice Self-Compassion: Be kind to yourself in the process. We’re all human, and emotions are natural. Allow yourself to feel without judgment. This compassion creates a safe space for your emotions to be processed.
  5. Reset and Release: After you’ve acknowledged and learned from your emotions, it’s time to reset. Let them go, knowing that they don’t have to linger.
